ملخص البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الاستقراء عند الشاطبي وأهميته في الكشف عن مقاصد الشريعة، وقد تضمّن البحث ما يأتي:

 بدأت الحديثَ فيه عن مفهوم الاستقراء عند الشاطبي وحجيته، فالشاطبي استخدم الاستقراء وأكّد قطعيته في جميع أبواب كتاب ” الموافقات ” حيث كان منهج الاستقراء مستنده في إثبات المسائل ومعتمده في القول بقطعية حقائق الدّين وكلّياته الكبرى. الإمام الشاطبي أخذ بالاستقراء في إثبات كلّيات الشريعة وضرورياتها وأعطاه صفة القطع واللّزوم تجلّى ذلك في الاستدلال به؛ حيث أصّل لكثير من مسائل الشريعة بالاستقراء.مسألة إثبات مقاصد الشريعة عند الشاطبي مستفادة عنده من الاستقراء والنّظر في أدلّة كليات الشريعة وجزئياتها، ومعاني الأدلّة ومقاصدها.إنّ الاستقراء عند الشاطبي يرتقي إلى مرتبة الدّليل في إفادة العلم فهو نوعٌ من أنواع التواتر في إفادة القطع.الإمـام الشـاطبي أعطى للاستقراء بُعداً ومفهوما مغايراً لما دأب عليه الأصوليون في بيان الاستقراء؛ حيث استثمر الاستقراء المعنوي في إثبات مقاصد الشريعة؛ وهذا الأمر يُحتسب للشّاطبي ضمن إبداعاته الأصولية والمقاصدية المتجدّدة.

I started talking in it about the concept of induction according to Al-Shatibi and its authenticity. Al-Shatibi used induction and affirmed its absoluteness in all the chapters of the book “Al-Muwafaqat” where the method of induction was based on proving issues and was adopted in saying that the realities of religion and its major universals are absolute.Imam Al-Shatibi took extrapolation in proving the universality of Sharia and its necessities, and gave him the character of absoluteness and necessity manifested in his inference; Where the origin of many of the issues of Sharia by induction.The issue of proving the purposes of Sharia according to Al-Shatibi is learned from induction and consideration of the evidence for the generalities and parts of Sharia, and the meanings and purposes of the evidence.According to al-Shatibi, induction rises to the rank of evidence in informing knowledge, as it is a type of mutawatir in definitive evidence.Imam al-Shatibi gave induction a different dimension and concept than what the fundamentalists used to do in explaining induction. Where he invested moral induction in proving the purposes of Sharia; This matter is credited to El-Shatby among his fundamentalist and renewed intentional creations.
