ملخص البحث: يأتي هذا البحث في سياق استجلاء بيان أثر القراءات في التفسير والأحكام عند الإمام قطب الأئمة محمد بن يوسف أطفيش الجزائري من خلال كتابه هميان الزاد إلى دار المعاد، تأصيلاً وتمثيلا، وتكمن إشكالية البحث في: ما أثر القراءات عند الإمام قطب الأئمة أطفيش في التفسير وما أثرها في الأحكام؟
هذا وقد تكوَّن البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، فذكرنا في المقدمة أهمية الموضوع وسبب اختياره، وموضوع البحث وتساؤلاته، وخطته والمنهج المتبع فيه، التمهيد وفيه: أولاً: ترجمة مختصرة عن الإمام قطب الأئمة محمد بن يوسف اطفيَش، ثانياً: التعريف بكتابه هميان الزاد إلى دار المعاد، ثالثا: منهجه في القراءات، أما المبحث الأول ففيه: أثر القراءات في التفسير-دراسة وتمثيل-، المبحث الثاني: أثر القراءات في الأحكام-دراسة وتمثيل-، ثم الخاتمة وتشتمل على أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته.

This research comes in the context of clarifying the impact of the readings on the interpretation and rulings of Imam Qutb al-Imaams Muhammad ibn Yusuf Atfayyesh al-Jazaery through his book Hemyan al-Zad to Dar al-Maad, authentication and representation. With examples of that??, and what are the readings that he employed to clarify the semantic meaning in his interpretation?.This research consisted of an introduction, a preface, and two topics. We mentioned in the introduction the importance of the subject and the reason for its selection, the subject of the research and its questions, its plan and the approach followed in it. The preamble includes: First: a brief translation of Imam Qutb al-Imaams Muhammad bin Yusuf Tfayyesh, Second: Introduction to his book Himyan al-Zad To Dar Al-Maad. As for the first topic, it includes: the mentioned readings and their impact on interpretation – rooting and representation -, the second topic: the mentioned readings and their impact on rulings – rooting and representation -, then the conclusion and it includes the most important research results and recommendations.
