مستخلص البحث : إن اللغة العربية في ارتباطها بالهُوِيَّة الإسلامية تتجاوز المعنى اللغوي المجرد إلى كونها شعار الإسلام، والعلاقة بينهما ذاتية وجمعية، وتقوية العربية تسهم في ترسيخ الانتماء والترابط والولاء للإسلام.
وتكمن مشكلة هذه الدراسة في عدم الوقوف على العوائق الحقيقة للوثوب اللغوي للعربية وتعثرها قُبَالَة التحديات للخروج بالمقترح الصحيح لتعزيز العربية، ويهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على عراقيل الوثوب اللغوي، واقتراح آلية حديثة للارتقاء بالعربية، ويستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمعرفة الإشكالات، ثم المنهج التحليلي للوقوف على السبل الحديثة للنهوض بالعربية، ووضع آلية مقترحة للنهوض المنشود.
ويأتي البحث في تمهيد عن العلاقة بين اللغة العربية والهُوِيَّة الإسلامية، وثلاثة مباحث أولها: مصطلحات ومفاهيم، وثانيها: الإشكالات والمعوقات والتحديات الحديثة، وثالثها: التطلعات الحديثة للنهوض بالعربية والآلية المقترحة، وخاتمة وأهم نتائجها: أن للحروب اللغوية أهدافا واضحة، وعراقيل وثوب العربية داخلية وخارجية، والعربية في حاجة إلى سُبُلٍ حديثة للارتقاء بها، واقتصاديات اللغة أصبحت ضرورة مُلِحّة، وتفعيل قوانين حماية اللغة يُعَزّزُ مكانتها.
وتوصي الدراسة بأن تقوم الأقسام المعْنِيّة ومراكز اللغة في الجامعات العربية بتدريس مقررات تتعلق بالهندسة اللغوية، والاستفادة من البرامج اللغوية في اللغات الأخرى، وتفعيل قوانين حماية اللغة العربية. وتقترح الدراسة وضـع عـدة مخططـات تهدف إلـى وضـع حـد للغـزو اللغـويّ الأجنبيّ، وتحديث مـا خُطِّطَ لـه للنهـوض باللغـة العربيـة.

Foreseeing Arabic in consolidating the Islamic identity: Aspirations, Obstacles and Solutions

Abstract: The Arabic association with Islamic identity goes beyond the abstract linguistic meaning to being the motto of Islam, the relationship between them is subjective and a collective, and the strengthening of Arabic contributes to the consolidation of belonging, interdependence and loyalty to Islam.
The problem of this study lies in not standing on real obstacles, for the linguistic progress of Arabic and its stumbling in the face of challenges to come up with the right proposal.
The research aims to stand on the obstacles to linguistic progress, and propose a modern mechanism for the advancement of Arabic.
The research uses a descriptive approach to standing on problems, then the analytical approach to standing on modern ways to advance Arabic, and to develop a proposed mechanism for the desired advancement.
The research comes in a preface to the relationship between the Arabic and Islamic identity, and three topics, the first: terms and concepts, the second: problems, obstacles and modern challenges, and the third: modern aspirations for the advancement of Arabic and the proposed mechanism, Concluding and its most important results: linguistic wars have clear objective, and the obstacles to the progress of Arabic internal and external, Arabic needs modern ways to upgrade them, Language economics has become an urgent necessity, and the enactment of language protection laws promotion its status.
The study recommends that the concerned departments and language centers in Arab universities teach courses related to linguistic engineering, benefit from linguistic programs in other languages, and the enactment of language protection laws.
The study proposes the develop several schemes aimed at putting an end to the foreign linguistic invasion, and update what has been planned to advancement the Arabic language.
