Contracts have gained great importance in contemporary reality because of their solutions to many of the difficulties facing Islamic finance around the world, but the substantial expansion of the methods of Hybrid Financial Contracts has revealed new images that have never been seen before, what came up with the problem of determining the composition of financial contracts and therefore this study aimed to root out the compounded financial contract sections, to determine their controls and then to compare their contemporary application with those of their jurisprudence, with the analysis of a contemporary application, this study used the inductive, descriptive and analytical approaches. The study concluded that the Hybrid Financial Contracts were divided into six sections: Interrelated contracts, united contracts, multiple contracts, successive contracts, extraneous contracts and supporting contracts, each section has its own controls.
