Abstract: <\/strong>Pandemics such as floods, hurricanes, epidemics, etc. have increased in recent times, and they affected life in general, as some businesses disrupted with it, what’s more most facilities stopped completely, or for varying periods. In addition, the clearest example of this is Corona epidemic, which greatly affected activities and businesses, which raised several doctrinal and legal questions regarding the extent to which the contractual obligations of the parties affected by these exceptional circumstances are fulfilled. Including employers’ commitment to workers’ wages in light of their work and activities being affected by these exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, I will deal with this topic – whose problem is in explaining the extent of commitment to fulfilling the wages of the worker under these circumstances – by examining the opinions of the jurisprudential schools (Ibadhi, Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi\u2019i, and Hanbali). Then comparing that with what stated in the texts of the Civil Transactions Law, the Omani and Sudanese Law, with the judicial applications of the aforementioned laws in the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the research is to clarify the jurisprudential vision of the effects of the impact of pandemics on the commitment to the wage of the worker, also to compare that with the solutions contained in the texts of the relevant Omani and Sudanese laws, and the judicial applications mentioned in that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to solve the problem of the research what’s more clarify the legitimate and legal solutions to it, I will take the comparative analytical descriptive approach, describe the problem, explain the texts and applications contained therein with their analysis to reach the appropriate legal provisions for them.
